Naturally, we love to see you shine, so it should come as no surprise that we take your happiness and satisfaction seriously.

If you are not happy with a recent purchase, we will do our best to put a smile back on your face.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your items within 28 days of your order’s delivery date for a full refund.

Keep in mind that we cannot accept any jewellery that is bespoke or engraved.

Also, we are not able to accept returns of pierced earrings (including sets with pierced earrings) due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn.

Any items returned must be unworn in fully resaleable condition and in original packaging.

We may refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

Any jewellery sent back to us will be subject to assessment before any refunds can be processed.

Returns of defective items are limited to defects not caused by accident, misuse, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.

Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
