Each piece of our jewellery is handmade to order. This is why standard processing time is up to 3 weeks. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will also aim to contact you within 48 hours.

Please note: There is no weekend service for our delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfilment centre on a Saturday or on a Sunday will not actually reach the mail centre until Monday morning. Working days do not include Saturday nor Sunday.

If you are not at home at the time of a delivery a card will be left to collect from your local delivery office.

If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order.

Please note that all deliveries are made via 3 parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale:

- UK orders - 10 working days after the due date

- International orders - 20 working days after the due date

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

International customers: We are not responsible for customs charges nor will we issue refunds due to customs charges. These government fees are NOT paid to Ghoya and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
